*Teams are organized based on the age division, gender and skill level you select for the player during registration.

2. LEAGUE INFO

* Championship tournaments on final day for 8U-14U. Teams could play up to 2-3 games on the final day.

Practices
At the start of each event day, Ultimate League coaches lead a 20-minute warm-up and skill development session for all players. These sessions feature high-energy drills and fun competitions designed to help players build confidence and sharpen their skills.
Team Coaches assist during this time, then lead their own 30-40 minute team practice immediately after, using their provided practice plan.
*Team coaches are also welcome to host optional team practices during the week for added development — though not required.
Games
After practice, players will then transition into gameplay, putting their new skills into action in a structured, exciting Live match environment.
- Coaching
Coach Coordinators (Paid Coaches)
Lead fun, fast-paced skill development sessions before games, support all teams, and keep the day running smoothly.
Team Coaches (1-2 per team – volunteer parent)
Assists during skill development sessions, then lead a 30-min team practice before the match and guides their team during games. Follow’s simple weekly plans we provide, and create a positive, team-first experience.
(Coach a Team — Your Child Plays Free!
Volunteer as a Team Coach and once you’ve completed your 6-week season, you’ll receive a full refund for one child. Game & practice plans will be provided. *Coaches are also welcome to host optional team practices during the week for added development — though not required. 6-Saturday’s, 2-hrs each Saturday is all required.
- Referee’s
Referees oversee games, keeping gameplay fair, fun, and on schedule.
Enforce rules, manage game flow, and encourage sportsmanship
Work alongside Coach Coordinators to create a positive game environment
✅ Referees ensure games are safe, fair, and exciting for all players and teams.
- Location
All games and practices will be held at ONE location, in the vicinity of Carmel Valley/Pacific Highlands Ranch/Torrey Highlands. Exact fields/courts will be announced at a later date.

3. staff + Safety
- Staff
Player safety is our top priority at Ultimate League.
Each UL location is managed by a Site Coordinator, with trained Coach Coordinators and staff present at every field and court to ensure sessions run smoothly and safely.
- Med Kits
✅ First-aid kits and medical supplies are available at every field and court
✅ Staff are trained to respond to minor injuries and emergencies
✅ Safety checks are performed regularly on all equipment and playing areas
✅ Clear communication protocols are in place in case a parent or player needs assistance
Parents can rest easy knowing their children are playing in a well-organized, safe, and supervised environment.
