- How We Operate

  • Practice & Game on same day!

  • Boys and Girls | Ages 4-14

  • Skill level = Recreational

  • Great for beginner/intermediate players

  • NO TRYOUTS, EVERYONE PLAYS!

*Teams are organized based on the age division, gender and skill level you select for the player during registration.

  • 6U (Ages 4-6)

  • 8U (Ages 6-8)

  • 10U (Ages 8-10)

  • 12U (Ages 10-12)

  • 14U (Ages 12-14)

- Start Times

  • 6U | 9:00am - 10:15am

  • 8U | 10:20am - 12:05pm

  • 10U | 12:10pm - 1:55pm

  • 12U | 2:00pm - 3:45pm

  • 14U | 2:00pm - 3:45pm

- Program Fee

Individual Player Fee (Uniform included)

  • $175.00 until 10/1/25

    $205 after 10/1/25

    *($20 off each additional player will be auto applied for multi-player registration).

2. LEAGUE INFO

- Weeks Of Play

  • 6-weeks total, practice & game on same day!

    * Championship tournaments on final day for 8U-14U. Teams could play up to 2-3 games on the final day.

- Number Of Games Played

  • 6 guaranteed + additional games if team advances in tournament play.

- Practices & Games

  • Practices

    At the start of each event day, Ultimate League coaches lead a 20-minute warm-up and skill development session for all players. These sessions feature high-energy drills and fun competitions designed to help players build confidence and sharpen their skills.

    Team Coaches assist during this time, then lead their own 30-40 minute team practice immediately after, using their provided practice plan.

    *Team coaches are also welcome to host optional team practices during the week for added development — though not required.

  • Games

    After practice, players will then transition into gameplay, putting their new skills into action in a structured, exciting Live match environment.

- Coaching

  • Coach Coordinators (Paid Coaches)
    Lead fun, fast-paced skill development sessions before games, support all teams, and keep the day running smoothly.

  • Team Coaches (1-2 per team – volunteer parent)
    Assists during skill development sessions, then lead a 30-min team practice before the match and guides their team during games. Follow’s simple weekly plans we provide, and create a positive, team-first experience.

Volunteer as a Team Coach and once you’ve completed your 6-week season, you’ll receive a full refund for one child. Game & practice plans will be provided. *Coaches are also welcome to host optional team practices during the week for added development — though not required. 6-Saturday’s, 2-hrs each Saturday is all required.

- Referee’s

Referees oversee games, keeping gameplay fair, fun, and on schedule.

  • Enforce rules, manage game flow, and encourage sportsmanship

  • Work alongside Coach Coordinators to create a positive game environment

✅ Referees ensure games are safe, fair, and exciting for all players and teams.

- Location

All games and practices will be held at ONE location, in the vicinity of Carmel Valley/Pacific Highlands Ranch/Torrey Highlands. Exact fields/courts will be announced at a later date.

- League Format

  • 50min practice/40min game

  • 5 vs 5

  • 2/20min half’s

3. staff + Safety

- Staff

Player safety is our top priority at Ultimate League.

Each UL location is managed by a Site Coordinator, with trained Coach Coordinators and staff present at every field and court to ensure sessions run smoothly and safely.

- Med Kits

  • ✅ First-aid kits and medical supplies are available at every field and court

  • ✅ Staff are trained to respond to minor injuries and emergencies

  • ✅ Safety checks are performed regularly on all equipment and playing areas

  • ✅ Clear communication protocols are in place in case a parent or player needs assistance

Parents can rest easy knowing their children are playing in a well-organized, safe, and supervised environment.
