TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: July 31, 2005
By registering for any league, camp, or event offered by Ultimate League USA, you (“you” or “the user”) agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Registration and Participation
All players must register under the correct age division. Misrepresentation may result in disqualification.
Parents/guardians must agree to our liability waiver at checkout.
Participation is contingent on meeting safety and behavioral standards.
2. Behavior & Conduct
All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to show good sportsmanship and respect staff, referees, and other families.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.
3. Uniforms and Equipment
A uniform top and bottom are included. Players must bring all required gear each week or may be withheld from participation.
4. Media Release
By registering, you grant UL the right to use photographs, videos, and recordings of you or your child for promotional and marketing purposes.
5. Cancellation or Schedule Changes
UL reserves the right to cancel or modify schedules due to weather, field availability, or safety concerns. Refunds or credits may be issued as described in our Refund Policy.
