We understand plans change. Here’s our refund policy for all Ultimate League USA events:

Refund Eligibility:

• Full Refund (minus processing fee): Only if requested 14+ days before the season start date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Special Considerations:

• Injuries or medical issues occurring before the season start may be eligible for a credit toward a future season.

• Refunds will not be issued for voluntary withdrawals after participation begins, including dissatisfaction with team placement or scheduling conflicts.
